NationalGrid was supposed to come to my house for a gas inspection they requested. So on Friday I work from home, they were supposed to come by between 8AM-1PM. So I’m working from home making the calls that I need. I get a few phone calls that morning, two of which were from a local number I didn’t know so I let them go to voice-mail. No voice-mail was left, and when I called back it was the standard automated greeting to leave a message for #blahblahblah. I called NationalGrid around 11AM to ask if they had a better estimate on when the tech was going to arrive and they told me my house was next and they are in-transit to the house now. So 2PM comes rolling around with no one coming to the house so I call NationalGrid back asking when they were coming. They tell me the tech called me twice and I didn’t answer so they canceled the inspection and I have to reschedule. How the shit was I supposed to know it was NationalGrid calling me? I just called the damn company and they told me they were on their way over. Don’t you people fucking talk to each other? Don’t you people know what the fuck voice-mail is? WAKETHEFUCKUP!
So it’s been a few days since I’ve posted. Had a lot going on, getting gutters installed next week, hanging TV’s staining wooden entertainment cabinets with Erin, the list goes on and on. So I hear about this product called KISSinsights which allows you to deploy easy and quick surveys to your site. I’m testing the free version which you may see popup down in the bottom right corner of the page asking you how you would feel if my site, or I wasn’t around anymore! They use a very sleek interface and advocate using very short surveys to get more people to fill them out.
Apparently at an event shoot with @msmamet, I decided to record how I felt about him to discover when he was logging the video back in October. The problem is he never logged the video. Matt, I want you to know I in no way feel this way now. IT’S MUCH MORE WORSE! I hope you know I’m kidding. Here is that clip
